also some miracle noodles with splenda, cinnamon, and brown sugar sugar twin and butter flavored spray

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: working, Exercise: walk

B: 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon - probably my favorite b'fast
S: Nada - drinking lots of water and tea today - helps with bloating during TOM
L: Chicken salad and fruit
S: Nada
D: I didn't get to that BBQ pork pizza last night - just did some chicken when I got home - so maybe that

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all!

I'm finally off the progesterone! so I'm no longer an emo mess nor do I want to dive into a vat of carbs.
am snack
1 slice of provolone
1 slice of ham

2 cups diet ocean spray

Breakfast
2 cups (ish) Baby spinach
2 slices provolone
4/5 slices ham

hot chocolate and coffee with a splash of 1%

Lunch
Leftover bbq chicken

PM snack
ff greek yogurt

Dinner TBD Lady night

Hello all,

Well my 4 days of low carbing it has resulted in a drop of 3 of my 9-pound gain gone, woohoo.  Working on day 5.

I was a bit disappointed to see that a can of V-8 has 11 net carbs, which currently would be half my daily intake.  Guess I will have to only drink 1/2 at a time.

Today I had 3 regular coffee's with sf creamer, probably one serving between all three cups as I have cut back on that.
I fixed my double prot drink and have only gotten about 1/4 of it in as this morning went crazy at work so I will continue to sip for the rest of the afternoon and try to get it in before 5 (now 2).

lunch was 2 boiled eggs and 1/2 C of homemade white chili
supper will be pork chop and carrots

My energy level just hit a wall, which I suspect is in part because I still have way too much of my drink still sitting in the bottle.  Hopein' to perk up some once it is in my system.  This girl has way too much to do this weekend to be draggin.
