Day 4 has arrived and so far so good. The snack demon was not at my house last night. I am hoping for an easier time of it today.
reg coffee w sf creamer X2 double prot drink - 2 scoops of vanilla bean prot, decaf coffee and Torini salted caramel syrup - love love love this (bonus here is when I do not use any hood, it can sit out on my desk all day for me to sip on) L-tuna, egg, clelery and sour cream If needed I have cheese, eggs or raw veggies D- we are going out tonight to dinner with a gang from church for date night and then to watch a comedian so I am not sure. I will have to be very careful. The place we are going is know for it's yummy ice cream and they do have a SF version. Saving all my carbs for tonight, will have to check the stats though.
I WILL hit the treadmill today and all the other stuff WILL be fine!

OK I have become reacquainted with sugar free gum. Used to chew all the time. Until this week I had only had it maybe once or twice for fear if it becoming lodged in my stoma.
I am using it to pass the time while my timer ticks down so I can drink. Then it hit me, slivia helps in the digestion process, which is one of the reasons it is so important to chew, chew, chew our food. Chewing gum creates even more so as long I am careful and do not swallow it could be beneficial in a second way.
I really missed gum.

As I posted on FB, it's amazing what 10 hours of sleep and good meds will do for you! Still a bit stiff and sore, but nothing like yesterday. On my way back! (Keilah - had a bad experience with a chiropractor when I was little, so I fear them. I know it's unreasonable, but there it is.)
B: Salted Caramel Click Frappe (Paula, we were thinking alike this morning!) S: 1/2 Chocolate Quest Bar L: Fried chicken breast (YES, I DID, and it was delish!), green beans S: Nada D: I have some of that lovely pulled pork left over from yesterday's lunch, and I'm thinking about a BBQ tortilla pizza, but after my fried chicken lunch, I may go a bit lighter than this. It's TOM week, and I want everything I see!
Vits, water, exercise - yes to all - the walking is really helping my hip.

Good luck Paula! Tammy, I'm so sorry about your bad experience. I am so blessed that I have a good one, when I can afford to go to him.

I do like using egg beaters and onions, mushrooms, maybe some cheese and some extra lean ground turkey. and so low cal bread. I make my own egg beater McMuffins
