Hey guys. I wiped out again on the weekend and I am having a hard time dealing with depression lately. That makes me want my "drugs" "comfort food" and I know it's a trap but sometimes it is so hard to keep off the slippery slope. Chicken wing/leg KFC 1 slice Munster cheese Dry roasted edamame Hershey's kisses Vegetable beef soup/miracle noodles Sugar free shortbread cookies Dinner TBD Mexican meat/ff refried beans/salsa/cheese/jalapeno on Low carb tortillas toasted in the microwave part of a chicken breast - one biscuit Vitamins: partly, Fluids: almost, Exercise: walk
