Good morning, and congrats to Giants fans everywhere! Eli showed everyone that he is the real deal and need not live under Peyton's shadow any longer.

Heather had a lovely taco bar at her party last night, and she was kind enough to share leftovers.

B: Shredded taco chicken frittata - oh, this was delish!
S: Nada
L: Small taco salad (ground beef)
S: Nada
D: I have more of the shredded taco chicken, so maybe a tortilla pizza?

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all!

Good afternoon!
Having a blessed "no appetite" few days at the moment.....I still find them a little unsettling, but at the same time they great for staying in control of what I put in my mouth!

B: 2 scrambled eggs
L: leftover curry and rice mixed with 1/2 tin tuna (I know it sounds weird, but it was nutrionally sound and I didn't care what I was eating, lol).
D: Lamb heart, carrot, celey, mushroom and bean stew with a small baked potato (in it's skin).
S: chopped strawberries and banana with a dollop of full fat greek yogurt (bought full fat by accident, but yum yum!)
Vits: yes, Water: will be ok, ex: starting a new routine.....as soon as I finish work, and before dinner, will do 1/2 hour on tread mill - it doesn't matter about speed or distance, just trying to build a routine!

Howdy all,

Very very busy weekend has left me a bit draggy today.  Going to shoot for an early bedtime tonight.

Today's fuel plans

double prot drink, no milk, just coffee, DaVinci and prot powder
reg coffee w/sf creamer x 3
powerade zero
lunch was fresh spinach leaves, bacon crumbles, canned chicken and blue chess dressing and 1 cheese stick
dinner will be sour kraut and turkey sausage
choc, pb greek yog
lots more fluids

no exercise today, will most likely be a bit low on prot and fluids, just do not seem to want to ingest much of anything, basically forcing the eating cause I know I have to.
