Good morning folks!
Hope you are all having a great day.
Here's my plan for today:
9am: 2 scrambled eggs.
12pm: L/o pork and chorizo stew, banana.
3:30pm: cottage cheese and pineapple.
7pm: h/m beef burger, avocado and raw veggie salad, 1/2 oz  chocolate.
(It's Green and Black's 70% "cooking" chocolate - It is a 5oz bar which is divided into 30 little squares. 3 squares = 1/2 oz. After 2 squares, I'm just about satisfied...sometimes DH gets the 3rd. I really like the little squares compared to the usual big ones. It should last me 10 days.....we'll see!)
Water: on course, vits: on course, ex: 30 mins treadmill before dinner.

Happy Hump Day!

B: 2 eggs and 2 slices bacon - and a slice of toast. My eggs were over easy today, and that yummy yolk just cries out for a slice of bread to sop it up - NOM! And it was a 35-calorie slice of Healthy Life bread, so I felt good about it. Yummo!
S: Nada
L: It will be a good salad - going out with a friend - they do a grilled chicken one with blue cheese and balsamic that is amazing. It's too big, though, so I'll have leftovers
S: Nada
D: The rest of my lunch salad

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all! I'm not doing the kind of exercise I would like to be doing, but I am moving. I try to walk at lunch, but I really need a concentrated 30 minutes each day, and I'm not there yet.

Hey all! Happy hump day to you too. I now have a fresh cold to go with the snow that was falling this morning as  I was dragging myself off to work.

Grits/Ostrim

Tuna miracle noodle with cream of celery
added Navel Orange - feel like I need extra vitamin C - but now I'm really bloated...  Roll Eyes

Dry roasted edamame - wasabe

everything else is TBD

Shellie beans
Light wheat bread/peanut butter

Light wheat bread/sausage, egg, mustard
2 mini Charleston chews

Over on calories, but not as bad as the weekend

I didn't do so great last night, but not too horrible, but I am trying to make better choices today in spite of my very strong desire for CRAP food.

Hi peeps, I am still a busy little bee, but doing OK.  Have not  done the scale dance but staying low carb which is getting easier all the time.  Avg 18 but ranging 15-25 a day.  Think I need to work on getting the calories down next.

Today was double prot drink
2 reg coffee 1 with SF creamer
Lunch was roasted chicken and spinach salad
After noon snack 1 single serving bag of pistachios.  The only way I will allow myself to have any nuts, I just can not stop a 1 serving otherwise.
This evening will be prot shake as I leave work
when I get home from church I will have sour kraut and turkey sausage, or maybe just some greek yog with pb and cocoa
have done well on fluids today and supps

still no exercise.  Have to find a way to get that back in
