Pork chop and sauerkraut with miracle noodle pearls (reminds me a little of tiny dumplings - i'm weird, i liked to put sauerkraut with my chicken and dumplings and corn bread)
Dinner TBD - I have pulled chicken, ground beef, and soups of all kinds so I'll figure something out easy and quick - i'd like mexican on crisped low carb tortillas but not sure if i'll get a chance to grab some tortillas in time or not.Taco meat, salsa, cheese, lettuce, jalapeno and greek yogurt on Ole' high fiber low carb tortilla chips toasted in microwave
