Got up early this morning, because Whole Foods has a 1-Day Only Special on their organic, free-range chickens - $1.99/pound, limit 10. Wish I could have bought all 10, but I have no freezer room! Couldn't pass up that deal, though, and I ran to get a couple before they got gone.

My menu today is very very bad for me, but I will own it and deal with it over the weekend.

B: The guts of a Sausage Egg McMuffin
S: SF Vanilla Iced Coffee - also from McD's - I was out shopping this morning early, so it was all for convenience
L: Fried chicken and green beans - new caterer who is courting us - I didn't get to pick the menu!
S: Nada
D: Just a protein shake, I think - way too many calories and carbs for my liking today

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all!

I love sales when I have money!

Greek yogurt/sf blackberry jam/chocolate whey crisps

Protein shake

Pork chop and sauerkraut with miracle noodle pearls (reminds me a little of tiny dumplings - i'm weird, i liked to put sauerkraut with my chicken and dumplings and corn bread)  Wink

Navel orange

Dinner TBD - I have pulled chicken, ground beef, and soups of all kinds so I'll figure something out easy and quick - i'd like mexican on crisped low carb tortillas but not sure if i'll get a chance to grab some tortillas in time or not.

Taco meat, salsa, cheese, lettuce, jalapeno and greek yogurt on Ole' high fiber low carb tortilla chips toasted in microwave

Arctic zero
Too many calories, but not horrible  Undecided


Vitamins: mostly, Fluids: planned, Exercise: walkie  Kiss

Went shopping yesterday...

So far today in no particular order...

4-5 cheese sticks (been a while since we've had any, and they are easy to munch while driving)
6 baby carrots
1 banana, 2 Tbs peanutbutter, 2 tortillas

60+ oz of 1/2&1/2 coffee

But my day started at midnight last night... However we have deliveries today, so with me being awake I tend to eat... Going to try to not except for pieces of the pork roast we cooked up for dinner last night... Heavier meat, more filling so less eaten!!
