B: Sausage, egg & cheese cuppie - rather like a mini quiche - very good
S: Earl Gray au Lait iced tea - drinking, drinking...
L: BBQ Feast - I delayed this coupon by one day - I opted yesterday to eat my own cooking, and it was a good decision - yummy
S: Nada
D: Either more BBQ or a salad - will depend on my taste buds when I get home
S: Pot de Creme - I made these SF from a Pioneer Woman recipe - they are the BOMB!

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all today!

coffee with a couple ounces of vanilla protein drink instead of milk

Stupid microwave at work is broken, so instead of some nice egg beaters, I was forced into the overflow stash and had a protein bar.  Not nearly as satisfying as the eggs, still feeling grumpy about this one.

I may be stuck with that again for lunch as everything I have in the fridge requires the microwave.

Dinner is going to be some homemade chicken wing recipe my wife wanted to try, so I'm not sure what that looks like.  I'll have to point out the menu and see how much or if I eat any of it.

Kierie - that one made me laugh! People at work don't even come near me until at least 10am. A morning person I am NOT!

Wow, the BBQ feast was pretty awesome! I've got enough here for about 5 meals! YUM! Gotta love coupons!

Hey all, man this week has been crazy.

Got my exercise in on Monday, but the last 2 days have  been nutso.  Went off plan today totally, but only in what I ate, not in vol.

No breakfast at all to dang busy too early.
Coffee x2 no creamer
had some chili lime almonds but did not go crazy with them
sparkling water, crystal lite and powerade zero
Lunch started with chips and salsa, chicken fajitas no wrap and beans but no rice.
Had a prot bar and some more nuts this afternoon.
will probably have some baked fish for supper

too many carbs today, means I will have to fight to not eat them tomorrow, but at least I will go into the day knowing that up front.

B... Tuna with cracker snack pack
S... 2-3 handfuls of nuts and a handful of sugar snap peas and 4 baby carrots
L... Steak and egg burrito (one egg and 3 slices of meat)
S... 1/2 banana and peanut butter burrito
D... 1 cup of left over stew

About 70 oz of coffee (half decaf and half caffeinated) and 20 oz of water

First time in a LONG time I've logged what I've eaten... Mmmm not sure I like what I see...    Undecided

Doesn't look too bad Paula! Cool I like to use the Ole' Low Carb high fiber tortillas - I get them at Kroger in the Mexican section. It really helps to log for me - even when I'm horrid because then I can see exactly what I did. It's tough on those bad days though and I don't always share all of it because of the guilt.  Embarrassed

It's not failure, but a normal part of the process for some of us I think. Wish I could be perfect, but NOPE!!! Sadly, I'm not... darn it!  Wink Grin
