I am super excited to be going to beautiful Spokane, WA this weekend for the Walk from Obesity Event - presented by wonderful Barbara Beck.  We will be handing out lots of great samples and other fun goodies.  If you are in the area, please stop by and say hi at the Spokane Community College at 9 am.
