I'd hate to admit it, but I'm happy to say, that last night was the first time I got on my treadmill since moving to my new house (which we moved in last May). I got on there, and started going, wanted to hop off at 10 minutes but kept trying to distract myself with TV shows and was able to stick it out for 45 minutes, and burnt 400 calories! This is a huge hurdle for me... to actually work out at home, since for some reason I kept avoiding that area of my house like the plague lol. In addition to this amazing revelation (That I can in fact work out at home) I've been to the gym twice this week. I'm hoping to start some good habits now so that once it's surgery time it'll feel wrong *not* to do them. When I had my band put in, it was January, cold, icey, snowy, and I didn't have a treadmill in my house- now this surgery, it'll be the end of March, longer days, weather warming up, AND I have a treadmill in my house! I'm excited that I'll be able to get up for my periodic don't-wanna-get-bloodclot-walks and just hop on that, instead of pacing around my house, up and down the hallway, like I had to 3 years ago!

Anywho- yeap.. I hope to jump back on that treadmill tonight!
