Motivation........what helps the most to keep you motivated?

1. Before and Pictures
2. Famous Quotes
3. Competing against someone else
4. Hearing/Reading someone else's story
5. Your end goal or keeping your eye on the prize

1, 2, 4, and 5! I'm not much into competing against others, but watching others success certainly is motivational and I saw some great youtube videos that were motivating over the weekend. I still want to make my goal, even though I'm not there and looking at my before pictures blow my mind. This weekend I was working on my closet and I really need to take a picture in my before pants for posterity. 26-28 to a 10, I'll take it! Even if I don't make my own goal, I'm not doing too bad.  Wink

Definately 'Your end goal or keeping your eye on the prize"

If I don't do it for myself, I always fail!

1,2 and definitely 5...I have wanted this for so long and now it is finally happening.

i am ALMOST to the point of saying I am really glad I did this...up from the complaining and whining over the first couple of months... Grin  I honestly wondered if I would get here..
