Post op liquid diet...

Propel
Broths from various soups (I preferred straining soups like chicken noodle and french onion as opposed to plain old broth)
Some of our sponsors have excellent soup flavored protien drinks like Bariatric Advantage.

I did lots of high protein smoothies.  I craved the cold.  I used Greek yogurt and tofu in them and some frozen fruit.  SOOOO yummy!  If it's too thick I added milk or soy milk.

I kept it simple - protein powder and crystal light - low sodium chicken broth with some unflavored proten powder (isopure is the best I've found) - sugar free pudding - I would mix in some hydrolyzed chocolate protine - this is also good frozen - SF jello - can add unflavored protein to this, SF Popsicles - I stiill use these - they help me get in the hydration
