Hard to believe it has been 6 weeks since surgery. I think I am doing fairly well, although I am not taking the vitamins and supplements as I should...they just make me gag! There is still a lot to learn with this pouch...I still have the most "difficulty" with water...need to get a little more motivated on the exercise side of things too. I am down 51 pounds now...first milestone reached! I really, really want to change my profile picture, but no matter what I do, it won't change...I have resized, reshaped, and even tried different photos...maybe its just not working today...

6 weeks you are doing great. Love the new pic.

One of my friends who needs to "count" how much she drinks does this she hangs a stich marker on her purse for every 8oz she drinks this way she knows how much she has had at a glance.

Knit on.

I spoke too soon! Shocked
My weight has been stuck for a week, and today I am feeling rather "blah". I was taking my plethora of morning pills and ended up sick...only got down half of my protein shake and hardly any more water...I can only describe it as a feeling of something being stuck...but that can't be...the pills would be long gone by now. I did make myself have lunch (tuna) and I feel a little better...not having any pain, just not feeling good... Undecided

Im 6 weeks out.. Hit 50lbs as well but am in a plateau as well.  Been at same weight for a week or so. I have read ALOT about early plateaus, especiall when moving thru the stages. I just started eating regular foods so i am sure that is what is causing mine. Worry not. I am sure we will break thru.
