I've walked 2 miles for the past 2 days - so nice to get back to the commitment! Lord knows, I need to. It's so pretty here that I pulled out last summer's clothes, and while they still fit, I am NOT happy with the way they look on me AT ALL! MYA for me!
B: Steel cut oatmeal with 1 scoop of Max chocolate protein powder and 2 slices of bacon - this was delish and I really enjoyed it, but.... S: Sliced cucumbers - I was very snacky this morning as I feared. I need to stay away from carbs for a bit. L: Lunch with Heather at our local crepe place! I'm doing the crepe cups with poached eggs, spinach, mushrooms, and feta - YUM! That will hold me until dinner. S: Nada D: Still eating on the Smoked Sausage and Bean Soup, but I don't mind - it's really good. I'm thinking of trying a new recipe tonight for Asian Pork Tenderloin - will report back!
Vits, water, exercise - yes to all! Walking again tonight.
Kierie - my Click Frappe recipe is as follows:
4 oz soy milk 4 oz water 1 scoop Max chocolate protein powder 1 scoop Click SF Torani - any flavor you crave - I've done caramel, coconut, hazelnut, peppermint - all YUM! 4-5 ice cubes
Whiz in a blender - it's around 42g of protein and varies on calories depending on your protein powder choice and your milk choice. This really holds me well, and you can sip on it through the morning if you like, but I usually guzzle it down before work.

We've got good weather here too and I hope it stays so I can walk outside some today. It's so uplifting to get back out in the sun and see blue sky and flowers blooming! I think my TOM is sabotaging me along with stress. That appears to be what triggered my most recent binge activity this past weekend as I started on Monday. Since I skipped for 3 months I think it's giving me extra hell, just for fun.

I have a plain protein powder that I've been trying to finish I will mix it with the Click for more protein Maybe throw in some NSA cocoa too!

Kierie - it's the bomb! Works like fiber on me, too - a nice fertilizer for planting flowers. LOL!

Thanks Tammy! 168 this morning, so still not at my lowest of 163, but working my way back and you can probably tell I was feeling a bit saucy! I love bright colors and the weather outside is so glorious.

Hello everyone,
It has been a while since I have been on the site. I watched The Real Skinny last night and it motivated me to get on and post today. I have been thinking about it all day. I have been slipping. I have not reained but I have stalled and need to kick it in gear. Also, I have not been eating correctly and I have no one to blame but myself. I know that I need to eat protein to reach my goal but I have not been eating much of anything and that is not good.
Today.
Pro Joe - Chai Tea (I LOVE THOSE THINGS!)
Large unsweetened ice tea from Steak n Shake (Drive-thru to the office)
1 slice of cheese.
More unsweetened ice tea now that I am at home.
I did take my vitamins today. That's something.

Kierie try having them on brancrisps or wasa - low calorie and fairly low carb... Hey Lady J - I have a similar problem, but mine is I am ravenous all the time and get bingey - is that a word? I want to get to 150 and save up for plastics, but stress and possibly midlife crisis and old demons are giving me the business and I keep falling... so I keep getting back up and starting over - and over - and over... Planning meals really helps and tracking it does too. You can do it! Shoot, I've regained 10 to 15 pounds over and over and over.... but I'm not giving up.
