I've walked 6 miles this week! YAY! Still not seeing it on the scales, but if I remember correctly when I was training for the 1/2 marathon, it took about 2 weeks before I starting seeing it. I'm hoping that means muscle build. Smiley

B: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon
S: Nada
L: I'm gonna be a bit carby and do a Shrimp Pad Thai bowl - I have a free coupon!
S: Nada
D: I didn't get to do my Asian Pork Tenderloin last night (read the recipe, and it needed to marinade!) so I'll be doing that tonight.

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all!

Well, I ended up with a 3 a.m. snack after being awakened by my kitties - again...

Great on the walking Tammy.  Cheesy

Lady J - good for you for hitting the gym. I hope you can get more protein in. Are you turned off by all the shakes? The Nectar and Matrix ones are pretty good and I like the low carb Isopure Dutch Chocolate. GNC Lean shakes are good too and I just tried two new ones I really like - Low Carb Ultramet Chocolate Fudge by Champion nutrition and Health Wise Wild Berry Splash - a friend picked those up at the Georgetown Market I think... 70 calories and 15 grams of protein on them.

3 a.m. Ole' low carb tortilla crisped into chips in the microwave with Smart Balance Peanut butter and SF Polaners Blackberry jam

Turkey burger w/honey mustard

Turkey burger w/honey mustard and salad with SF raspberry vinagrette

Lean shake (GNC)

Dinner TBD

BBQ chicken (SF) broccoli cole slaw with miracle whip light and walden farms thousand island, salt and pepper and celery seed, carbmaster yogurt

I have dry roasted edamame too, if I need it

Vitamins: yes, Fluids:yes, Exercise: walk

I very rarely do pasta, noodles, or rice - and that Pad Thai at lunch BLEW UP my tummy like crazy! OUCH! Even with a free coupon, NOT worth it!

Sometimes I just get into these stages/phases when nothing sounds good and all food makes me a little sick.  Yikes.

I just got back from the Vitamin Shoppe and picked up some ISOPURE; maybe that will get me going again with something different.  They also had this product I had never seen before - MHP Power Pak Protein Pudding (30 grams protein, sugar free, lactose free, low carb, 190 calories for 8.8 oz) in Chocolate and vanilla.  I got one.  I will see what that does.

I may try and get in another gym session; 2-a-days here I come.  There is a spin class tonite that I think I will try and fit in.

I've tried the chocolate pudding and love it, though it has a kind of starchy mouth feel that reminds me a bit of chocolate gravy I used to get as a kid. My grandma and mama made it. I wouldn't mind trying the vanilla. Ooh, think I will order me some! I love netrition.com. I hope the Isopure will help because you really need your protein even if you don't feel like eating.

Tammy, I'm sorry for your poor tummy!  Sad I wish it did that to me, but nope! I still steer clear of regular noodles though... God bless shirataki.
