Hi everybody!
SUNDAY:
B- 5:00am coffee latte w/ 2Tsp oat + TwinLab Protein (blend)
7:00am Cottage cheese w/ apple sauce + sliced almonds + cinnamon
S- 8:35am 1/2 fruit shake (banana, blackberry, strawberry and cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + Plain yogurt + TwinLab protein + vitamin
10:30am oat meal w/ apple + sliced almonds + cinnamon
12:00pm 6 balls chocolate “Ferrero Rocher” I wasn’t strong enough =(
But I was strong enough to take the box away, and STOP eating them!!
L- 1:30pm tilapia in a garlic bed + carrots & petit poise
S- 3:30pm Oikos Greek nonfat yogurt
5:40pm some cheese pieces cut in sticks (Tico cheese) + 18 almonds + 2 bites of a bar
D-7:00pm wheat w/ chicken, carrots and petit poise
S- 8:55pm small glass of skim milk
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check

Activity:  Rest Day!!! Total of 2188 steps
