Here we go again! Another week I am thankful for WLS and being alive!
B: Smart Ones Sausage English Muffin Sandwich - I had a coupon on Smart Ones when they were on sale last week, and I got several b'fast options for when I don't feel like cooking. Dental appt this morning, so this was great. S: Skinny Iced Caramel Macchiato L: Corned Beef and Mashed Cauliflower & Cheese Casserole (from my adventures in cooking this weekend - one of the best meals I've ever made!) I can't believe it, but I left my lunch at home! Went to Subway and got a turkey salad S: Nada D: Asian Pork Tenderloin and salad I think I'll eat my corned beef and cauliflower since I didn't eat it for lunch!
Vits, water, exercise - yes to all! An absolutely beautiful week in Nashville - no excuses!

It is almost 4:30 pm and I have been up since 6:00 am and the only thing I have had is unsweetened tea. My system was not happy yesterday so I have not been interested at all today.

As long as you keep hydrated you should be okay, but I hope you can get in a protein drink or two Lady J. Sorry you're feeling so bad. I am at the other end of the spectrum where I want to eat everything...

I just got back from the gym (took a spin class) and I am going to try and make some soup. Chances are, once I get the soup made - I will not want it any more. I did however take my vitamins. That is something. Hope everyone is having a good Monday.

Think of it as medicine and just down it. You don't want to get dehydrated.
