Happy Friday!

Protein bar - Oh Yeah  

Protein pudding

Apple

Got some new garlic and herb shirataki and made tuna alfredo with capers, tuna, alfredo and extra garlic and seasonings

added some pretzel chips with roasted red pepper hummus - i am having food cravings and wonder if my oh yeah bars triggered it or what  Huh

Dinner TBD

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: yes, Exercise: not sure since I am so achy and tired today - got a bee sting last night and had to take extra benadryl and I slept, but still feel tired, sleepy, and achy today  Undecided

S: Nada
D: Something on the road while headed to Alabama!

Vits, water, exercise - yes, yes, and no - but I do hope to get some this weekend with my Canuck cousins who are visiting.

Went to the gym this am, may take a spin class tonite - depends...

Unsweetened tea
Hard boiled egg
Slice of cheddar cheese

Maybe some soup for dinner, after spin class.  

Have a good day.  

I just tried the protein pudding and it is ok.  Not bad but I could not eat the whole container (1 serving) at one time

TGIF! Hi everybody!
FRIDAY:
B- 5:20am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab Protein (blend)
7:00am ¼ cup Cottage cheese + 2Tsp. oat meal w/ apple + ½ cup Silk almond milk + ¼ cup water + 1 Spoon sliced almonds + cinnamon
S- 8:30am fruit shake (blackberry, strawberry, ¼ can pears “Del Monte” 100 calories and cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + Plain yogurt + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + vitamin
10:30am Dannon L&F + some cheese pieces cut in sticks (Tico cheese)
L- 12:50pm ground beef meatball + black bean soup w/ hard boil egg
S- 3:30pm papaya and pear
5:20pm 18 almonds + bar
D-6:35pm ground beef + picadillo de ayote tierno (kind of squash)
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check

Activity: Rest Day!!! Total of 5383 steps
