Taken on 11/17 - cut hair as part of tranformation

« on: March 25, 2012, 04:40:34 PM »

Ok gentlemen - so I had some thought that my testosterone levels were low and so in doing my last set of labs - we ran a testosterone test as well - and it is indeed low.  This could be a side effect of the weight/diabetes - and might resolve itself without intervention - my major concern with low t is the impact on lean muscle mass (though the quality of erection is also a concern).  Anyone monitored testosterone levels during this process?  Any thoughts on pharmaceutical replacement and/or homeopathic support?

Obesity and Type II diabetes are a couple of the main factors I seem to remember reading.

I honestly had no concerns while dropping my weight or after then again having an incredibly gorgeous sexy wife is a huge help/bonus Wink

The Dr. Oz effect certainly has made for some fun times!

Interesting topic!

I did some research and there is research supporting that weight loss leads to increased testosterone - just curios what others know or have experienced - hope this leads to soe conversation

I'll answer that quite simply..  Ummm...  Yeah it does!! My wife and I both tend to grin a lot more now...  Give it time.
