What are you doing to MYA today? Share with us!!

I will be heading soon to 1H swim class this morning.

P.S.Today I wake up with a very hurtful neck; I can twist or look to the sides (I have to move head + shoulders). I did 1H of stretch exercises by the pool. And at swimming I had a special routine, I did my hour but I train on my back, more dolphin kick, not much arms. I hope it won’t stick around for long I hate “torticollis”!

I have 15 minutes of walking in.  I hope to get in another 30 minutes at least at lunch time.

Got 40 minutes in at lunch about 2 miles and then another 40 minutes this evening... Cheesy

Today is my "Running through airports" exercise routine.  The speed at which I run, of course, depends on how well the airlines stick to their schedules!!
