Dinner TBD
Maybe more salad - not sure

Spinach and mixed salad with cauliflower, grape tomatoes, capers, sunflower seeds, and sugar free balsamic vinaigrette

SF jello - Kroger brand


Vitamins: yes, Fluids: working, Exercise: walk

Still got a headache... I'm starting to think the Namenda is not going to work for me even at the higher dose. Hope there is something that will and that is cheaper though. 30 mg a day cost $314.81 and that says I got a $90 savings for having insurance.  Undecided

B: Green onion frittata (with chopped bacon and a couple dollops of ricotta under the broiler - yum!)

L: Taco burger and refried beans
S: Nada
D: Cube steak and onions

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all

David Schronce's Taco Burgers are amazing! I had one for dinner last night, salad on the side with the sauce as my dressing. Good Lord!

The cube steak is actually Ree Drummond's recipe for Marlboro Man Sandwiches - minus the bread and less butter (2 sticks for one recipe? Seriously?).

turkey and cheese, hummus and sun chips (my carrots had gone blinky)

Large unsweetened ice tea from Steak N Shake - makes me feel like I am living life in the fast lane by going thru the drive-thru.  

Slice of cheese

I plan on having some soup this evening.  Maybe some peanut butter.  

Went to the gym, had the vits.

Hi everybody! Good Afternoon!
WEDNESDAY:
B- 5:20am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab Protein (blend)
6:40am ¼ cup Cottage cheese + sliced almonds + cinnamon
6:55am 2Tsp. oat meal w/ apple + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1 Ts sliced almonds + cinnamon
S- 7:55am fruit shake (banana, blackberry, strawberry, and cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + Plain yogurt + vitamin
10:30am Dannon L&F
11:30am Peanut Butter w/ a spoon!!
L- 12:30pm ground meat + chayote, ayote tierno (2 kinds of squash), zucchini, carrots + salad (tomato, lettuce, pickle, olive)
2:00pm 4 flax seeds sticks
S- 4:15pm apple sauce
6:10pm 18 almonds + bar
D- 8:00pm tenderloin + chayote, ayote tierno (2 kinds of squash), zucchini, carrots
S- 9:00pm small glass of skim milk
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check

Activity: 1H swim. Total of 4436 steps
