Hi everybody!
SUNDAY:
B- 4:45am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein  (blend)
5:50am ¼ cup Cottage cheese + sliced almonds + cinnamon
6:05am 2Tsp. oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1 Ts sliced almonds + cinnamon and apple sauce
S- 8:00am fruit shake (strawberry, and cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + Plain yogurt + vitamin
10:35am Dannon L&F + apple sauce
L- 12:15pm tongue in sauce + black beans + tomato
S- 3:00pm 12 almonds + bar
5:15pm 1 hand full of peanuts
D-6:30pm tenderloin + veggies (carrots, zucchini, chayote (squash)) + avocado
S- 9:00pm small glass of skim milk
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check

Activity: Rest Day!!! (4H in the car, restaurant in a very typical small village, more than 2H in the car waiting for DH bosses family to arrive in the plane, 45 min our flight back home) Total of 2567 steps

Protein in my coffee

Flax and oatmeal sweetened with splenda and a little butter flavored spray

Some dill cauliflower mix

going to Indian buffet and may have chuck roast for a late dinner with a couple of new potatoes and carrots and onions... and a little no sugar added ketchup and maybe worcestershire sauce and salad... not sure
