Morning all,

Weight is up  and I feel like crap because I have been trying to ignore the fact that I have a pouch and eat "close to normal".  Not sure why I have slipped back into that mind trap, but here I am.  Know the weight is up cause the pants are snug, not stepping on the scales as yet because I don't want to cause an internal panic attack.  Worked on getting my sleep patterns back in line last week and that seems to be a bit better, so time to focus on the eats and the exercise.  Going to break the MyFitnessPal back out of mothballs and hit the pavement.

Today
2 coffee with sf creamer and sf syrup
crystal lite tea
premier RTD prot
lunch is going to be grilled chicken or roasted turkey, greens and cottage cheese.
tons more fluids
RTD if needed
Supper will be roasted turkey and greens

vites and fluid will be fine
exercise will be walking -going to try for at least 3 times today.

Kierie - so freakin' proud of you, girl! Amazing!

Paula - I am so right there with you...pants just too snug, and I actually considered buying a size up this weekend. Not gonna do it! Gonna get my butt and my plan in gear! We can do this!

B: 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties
S: Nada
L: Tilapia salad
S: 2 pieces of chocolate
D: Chicken Mushroom Spinach Cups - 2 of them - they're muffie sized

Vits, water, exercise - oh, yeah, baby! Let's do it!!
