I'm going to be a diamond, some day...

« Reply #2 on: April 04, 2012, 08:08:20 AM »

Hey everyone. Another headachy day for me. I didn't have one yesterday morning, but by evening it was nasty and I took my last Imitrex and had to get a script for a lower strenghth because it hadn't been a month since i got the 9.  Sad So this morning I stopped and got the lower dose ones and had to take another one...

Almond milk in my coffee

Dry roasted edamame/ snapea crisps

Quest bar

Chuckroast, two tiny potatoes, baby carrot, a little onion, and miracle noodles

Grape tomatoes and maybe some more edamame

Chicken breast with festive salad (has cranberries, apple, and pecans - I have them hold the cheese and bring my own low cal dressing - the Maple Grove Farms of Vermont Sugar Free Raspberry and Balsamic Vinaigrettes are really good)

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: yes, Exercise: walking

B: 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties
S: Nada
L: Taco burger (my last one - boo! Gotta make more next week) and refried beans
S: Cherry Fage Yogurt with a little granola
D: Cleaning out my fridge tonight because my Mom and stepdad are coming tomorrow for the weekend, and I am cooking up a storm! Got my menu all planned. So I'll scarf something - I think I still have some cube steak and salad left over.

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all!

Will probably be offline until Monday to celebrate the Easter weekend. I hope all of you have a lovely holiday! It's quickly becoming one of my favorites.
