Good morning, Keilah! I sure hope the IRS is sweet to you. Again, I want to welcome Dina and Lady J to our little forum - it's nice to have new peeps and see new menus! B: Click Frappe S: Nada L: It's a vendor lunch, so I have no idea - but they usually do grilled chicken, so that's good S: Nada D: And no idea here either - going to the Nashville Predators hockey game tonight with another vendor, and I have no idea what they'll be serving in their suite. I'll try to be good! Vits, water, exercise - yes, yes, and no - unless jumping up and down at the game counts. We're in the playoffs for the Stanley Cup! Wish us luck!

Morning all,
It still amazes me what one day of eating well and moving my arse can do for the way I feel physically and my overall mood. Feeling much better today. Yesterday's stats from MyfitnessPal were: Cal 943 less exercise of -161=782 net for the day. Net carbs of 24 and prot at 130.
Today's plan: premier RTD protein 2 coffee with sf creamer 24oz crystal lite 16oz powerade zero Lunch-grilled chicken strips, cheese, spinach, blue cheese, and maybe yogurt. ostrim or another premier for late afternoon snack Supper - not real sure, have choir practice till 8 so I may add to the late afternoon snack and just snag a douple prot drink for supper. Trying to go really light in the evening for this first week, but get full enough to discourage the nite-time snackies. Exercise for the day is lot walking

Glad you feel better Kierie! And I have the same issue you did yesterday. Some things I just can't do in moderation, although for some darned reason I tend to forget that over and over again. Back on the horse we go.

Paula, it was hideously hot here too! Diana, it's great that you start that MYA thread... we need someone to lead the charge and it is important. I ended up having an extra Questbar last night, so was bit over on my calories, but not bad, just not a good number for losing weight which I still want to do. My weight was up the last few days, but I am not sure why. Could be fluid, could be my normal cycle.
