Here's the version I do in the crockpot and the original Tipton version:

Freaky Crockpot Pizza Soup
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 300 minutes
Serves: 12
Ingredients
    * 10 link Turkey Sweet Italian Sausage
    * 8 cups 100% Fat Free Beef Broth
    * 6 slices Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
    * 2 1/2 cups Diced Tomatoes Italian Style
    * 1 1/4 cups Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    * 3 oz Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
    * 1/2 cup Yellow Onion
    * 1 cup Finely Shredded Colby And Monterey Jack Cheeses
    * 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    * 2 tsp Garlic Powder 2.9 oz
    * 4 tsp Oregano
    * 4 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
1. Brown and crumble the sausage in a fry pan, drain grease and put in crock pot.
2. Add all other ingredients to soup pot except the cheeses. Cook on med-high for 5 hours.
3. Spoon into bowls and sprinkle cheese on top
