Walking is about all I've got in me right now, but swimming sounds so GOOD! I love the feeling of the water on my skin and how buoyant I feel - light like a feather! I've always loved that feeling.  Cheesy Still debating joining the gym since money is so tight with no good end in sight short of a miracle.

Only got one lot walk in today cause it was just too hectic at work this afternoon.

Might do a stint on the stationary bike tonight if I can muster the energy.  Starting exercising the same time I start cutting the carbs and calories always zapps me about day three, good thing tomorrow is day 4.
