Heya all, I hope you're all having a wonderful Sunday evening!
I'm Meredith (no wacky nicknames for me!), and my surgery is scheduled for this Wednesday for the RNY laparoscopic surgery.
I'm scared. Terrified. But at the same time I'm kind of excited about it. I've been informing myself over the past month about the surgery and all things regarding it, but I was only told recently about this specific page! I can't believe I missed it!
I'm here now and I can't wait to talk to all of you.
To be honest, my doctor sent me on an ultrasound to check how much my liver has shrunk over the past month, so I don't know if it's going to be delayed at all. I'm trying my best NOT to completely worry myself sick.
ANYWAYS!
I can't wait to get started here and I'm making my way through all the post-op videos (save for #32, which isn't working, and I really wanted to see that one)

Hey everyone. I just got home yesterday and I think I might take a short walk today. My throat is still sore though, which sucks. But I feel relatively fine and I'm taking it easy on myself |
