Morning! It's cool this morning, but sunny. I had a good evening outside with kitties yesterday after work. It was cool, but not too bad in the sun.

A big salad with spinach, tomato, carrot, yellow pepper, ham, cheddar shreds and calorie free dressing
and here comes the trouble - still hungry so i ate more ham and a turkey and cheddar brat
and then ate two 100 calorie brownies that took me over my calorie goal for the day
