Morning! It's cool this morning, but sunny. I had a good evening outside with kitties yesterday after work. It was cool, but not too bad in the sun.

Dinner TBDA big salad with spinach, tomato, carrot, yellow pepper, ham, cheddar shreds and calorie free dressing
and here comes the trouble - still hungry so i ate more ham and a turkey and cheddar brat
and then ate two 100 calorie brownies that took me over my calorie goal for the day
