B: Homemade tuna salad
S: Nada
L: Taco salad - no cheese, no sour cream, no guac - no fun, but my scale will be happier!
S: Nada
D: Homemade chicken salad

If I make it at home, I do better. Gonna try to cook some things up this weekend.

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all today! Beautiful day to walk outside!

Okay, Tammy, have to ask what is on a taco salad if you leave off all the good stuff? Lettuce?

And I'll bet you left off the chips too...

Leslie - the one I get is like a fajita - I get a mix of the steak and chicken with onions and peppers. It's really good.

And sad to say - no, I didn't leave off the chips. I did OK until they brought out cheese dip! LOL! My scale didn't hike like I thought it would, but I dodged a bullet!
