http://www.holistic-wellness-basics.com/dehydration.html

A common side effect of dehydration is muscle pain and pain in the joints. Water comprises a major part of the cartilage in the body, which also includes the joints. The cartilage separates the surfaces of the bones and lubricates them so that they glide smoothly over each other. Dehydration also increases toxins in the body which can seriously increase inflammaion

Pretty crazy! I was about to do a search on join pain! now I know why! I am roughly 3 months out...have done a lot of Tredmill and bike with some weights...no issues. Lately my hips and knees have made me feel like an 80 year old and I knew it was not from the exercise. I had already gotten through that type of soreness. Upping the water intake as we speak!

Petemitchell2 hope it helps, 3 months out is really hard for hydration, I know the first 6 months were a constant struggle with it and I still struggle with it two years out.
