Hey Cyndy!
 Cheesy

Protein pudding

Salad with Chicken breast - we are going to a place called the Pita Pit where you can build your own...

Oatmeal with protein

Chicken with vegetable soup and miracle noodles for bulk

Not sure about snacks, but I have plenty here - protein shakes, pudding, soup, sf cocoa, and dry roasted edamame and even grits if the urge took me...  I had some steel cut oats yesterday and I loved them, but I had a hypoglycemic episode.  Sad That's really weird, because I had some cheetos and a big choclate chip cookie on Saturday and didn't dump or have a reaction at all.  Undecided

Dinner TBD

Cyndy! I'm so proud of you, girl! Can't wait until you are done, done, done! I would want you teaching my child if I had one. Smiley

Keilah - I think Kierie has episodes with oatmeal as well - no idea why, but some people are more reactive to it. Doesn't bother me at all, but I like it better in the wintertime.

Hey Diana! Great menu as always. I bet Costa Rica is beautiful today.

B: Sausage and egg frittata, dotted with ricotta, parm, and green onions - amazing!
S: Nada
L: Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey and Veggies
S: Fage Yogurt with cherries and a sprinkle of granola Two bites of Supreme Pro bars - see my post on the Suggested Product Reviews!
D: No idea - my hair appointment comes first! LOL!

Vits, water, exercise - yes, yes, and no, unless it's still light when I get home from the appt.

Thanks Tammy. I know she has had, but the funny part is that the oat bran doesn't do it.  Undecided It tasted so good, too!

Kei was it thick or more liquidy? I can only eat it thick or it becomes a slider and then hypoglycemia away!
Also I was mixing my with a T or 2 of Sunflower seed butter for added protein and Fat for slower digestion

It was thick, but it didn't hit me right away. It was maybe an hour later.  I may mix it with TSP next time or add peanut butter or something like you did. I have added whey powder to my oat bran before and it isn't bad, but i need to get some more unflavored or cinnamon.

I was at 162.3 on the 1st, but yesterday I was at 175, (my goal is 15) this a.m. at 173.2. I don't change my ticker every time I weigh though and am determined not to let myself keep going UP UP UP... if it stays up over a month I will up it on the ticker, but for now I'm working my way back to my low... the 7th I was at 165.3. I'm also still trying to see what my normal flucutations are and it's tough because every time I eat the simple carbs I add about 2-3 pounds a day.  Huh
