I love my Dannon L&F, but recently I found Dannon OIKOS, it is expensive, but I love it! I buy it in special occasions.

Fage with frozen blueberries if you wait a few minutes after adding the blueberries, it firms up almost like ice cream.

And I can never pass up some beef jerky.

Nuts are a good healthy choice, but not the way I eat them..... I can't eat just one serving.

STARBUCKS!

OK, I know I shouldn't look at snacks as a reward, and I totally realize that this does not have a lot of protein value. But I'm just being honest. If I'm gonna snack, I'd rather have Starbucks than any other thing I know.

And I'm betting that sweet Ian will agree with me. Smiley

So funny, Ian!

Mine are cheese sticks (I prefer colby-jack) or dry roasted edamame based trail mix (homemade).
