Hi everybody!
SATURDAY:
B- 5:25am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein  (blend)
6:50am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + apple + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 9:00am shake (cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + vanilla pudding mix  + vitamin
10:30pm Dannon L&F
BRUNCH- 11:15pm scramble egg + black bean (from the soup, fix w/ onions) + 2 tortillas
2:00pm  coffee
S- 4:0pm soda crackers w/cheese
D- 6:40pm tenderloin + veggies cut in tiny slices (delicious)
S- 8:15pm mango
9:40pm 2 tortillas w/ cheese (empanada style)
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H synchro swimming y 1H gymnastics. Total of 4477 steps

SUNDAY:
B- 5:40am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend)
7:05am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + apple + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 8:30am shake (cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + vitamin
10:20pm scramble egg w/onion + black beans + turkey bacon
L- 1:30pm tenderloin + veggies cut in tiny slices (delicious)
S- 5:30pm OIKOS Greek nonfat yogurt
D- 7:30pm tilapia w/ 1 turkey bacon stripe + veggies (chop extremely small)
S- 9:00pm 2 small oranges
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H walk. Total of 11663 steps
