Feeling fat today...sigh.

B: Frittata - sausage, onions, and sprinkle of parm
S: Nada
L: Lean Cuisine Pot Roast Meal (I cooked this weekend, but too lazy this morning to make my lunch!)

D: 2 sliders on mini sandwich thins with my homemade onion jam - these are very tasty!

Hey!  My friends!

I AM FINISHED!  Student Teaching and with school.  Now, the only piece of the puzzle I have left is to apply to the State for my certificate.  Then, maybe, get a job.   Smiley  Kidlets school (which is where I want to be) has an opening right now; we will see what the Plan for me is on going back to work.

Eats for the day:

Post-Run:  FRS Low-Cal
Breakfast: Protein Goop (is back) a few strawberries and 1 pc of Ezekiel Bread.
Snack:  1 hard boiled egg and cuke slices
Lunch:  2 lettuce leaf roll-up sandwiches.
Snack:  sf jell-o cup (so not me!)
Dinner:  3/4 C Kashi Go lean and 1/2 C cottage cheese

Exercise:  Yep; Water:  100 oz+; Vites: Yep!

CYNDY! We are so very proud of you! I knew you would do it and come through with flying colors. Congratulations! Kidlet will love having you around at school.

I forgot about Protein Goop! A must-have during strawberry season!

I changed my dinner menu and did poached shrimp and roasted asparagus. I will never cook shrimp any other way! Got it from Guy Fieri, and this one rocks.
