I ordered some stuff from BA a few weeks ago, (my first time ordering), and have had nothing but issues. I have called three times and they say they it was not shipped and that they are going to overnight it for free and then it doesn't arrive. I spoke to someone on the phone today and they said they had a major warehouse issue, and that they just got it straightened out. I only ordered some protein powder to try and some multivitamins... although now I am thinking maybe I should order the rest of the vitamins I will need next month from Celebrate or one of the others instead. I am worried about not having what I need when I need it. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is their customer service / shipping generally this bad, or is it truly a fluke?

I ordered from them several times with no problems. But the last time, it took me over 2 months just to get my multivitamin. I switched to a different company and havent had any problems since then. I don't know what the issue was but it took four phone calls just to get my order. I hope your issue has been resolved.
