I keep track of my food on Sparkpeople.com and I've been bringing them to her to see, and she was sooo excited at how well I was doing. I weighed myself at her office and had lost 7lbs in two weeks without even trying...
I was keeping my intake at 1200-1800 calories. Premier Protien RTD, Premier Protein bars, Carbmasters yogurt, and lots of water with Mio..... the ocassional piece of birthday cake, and mac and cheese, and I'm still loosing.
Thanks everyone, I'm so ready to be rid of all this weight I could just scream. I'm tired of being in pain and ready to get on with my life... wish me luck!!!
