Definitely TGIF!

It's amazing how Friday always improves me mood.  Tongue 167.4 this a.m.

Oat bran with carbolite peanut butter protein 1 scoop is 12 g protein and 75 calories and it is really good tasting (I like sweet!)/miracle rice

Protein bar - Supreme protein

Chicken breast, miracle rice/salsa/green bean/teriyaki/adobo with a little canola
Spinach salad with fat free ranch and balsamic vinegar, grape tomato, mushroom broccoli, green pepperm mushroom, carrot shreds

Protein bar or soup, maybe an apple

Apple

Dinner TBD - maybe tuna salad

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: working, Exercise: walk

B: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon
S: Nada - drinking lots of fresh water today!
L: BBQ brisket and beans
S: Nada
D: Dinner with friends at O'Charley's - I love their cedar plank tilapia and asparagus - yum!

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all today! Today is a much better day than yesterday - I'm on the train again!

Hi everybody! TGIF!
FRIDAY:
B- 5:20am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend)
6:45am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + apple + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 9:00am fruit shake (banana and cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + vitamin
10:30am coffee
12:00pm peanut butter
L- 2:00pm chicken breast + veggies
S- 4:00pm OIKOS Greek nonfat yogurt
5:30pm coffee
D- 6:50pm chicken breast + veggies + avocado
S- 8:30pm 2 small oranges
9:50pm Galleta Fibra y Miel + bar
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check

Activity: Rest Day!!! Total of 5089 steps
P.S. Feliz Cinco de Mayo!! (Over here they don’t celebrate this holiday)
