Protein in my coffee

Oat bran with protein/and miracle noodle pearls

Tuna salad with brancrisps

French green beans/miracle rice

Maybe some protein soup or cocoa or sf cocoaSupreme Protein Carb Conscious new Chocolate Peanut Butter Wafer Crunch 13 grams carbs/6 g sugar alcohol/4 g sugar/15 g protein/10 g fat 0- 200 calories - small but yummy! (43 g bar)

Dinner TBD

Chicken breast with miracle rice with salsa, teriyaki, Adobo spicy seasoning, a little malt vinegar and french green beans - turned out really good - oh and a dash of canola oil - cooked the chicken with the skin on but didn't eat it - the kitties loved it.  Cheesy

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: yes, Exercise: walk

Hi everybody!
THURSDAY:
B- 5:20am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend)
6:30am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + apple + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 9:05am fruit shake (banana and cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + vitamin + Hair Balance by Journey
10:45am some peanut butter
12:00pm 2 bars
 L- 2:20pm 3 tortillas w/ Flor de Itavo
 S- 3:30pm coffee
 5:30pm Galleta Fibra y Miel (Cookie fiber & honey)
 6:00pm 18 almonds + bar
 D- 8:00pm chicken breast + veggies + tomato
 S-9:00pm 2 small oranges
 10:15pm some peanuts
 
Activity: 1H aerobics on TV. Total of 8922 steps

4 cups of coffee
2 slices of turkey and a cheese
1 Greek yogurt
1 small banana
1 Greek salad
3 fresh spring rolls with fitnutz peanut sauce
1 1/2 wine (bad bad bad)
Chia seeds

Vitamins
water pills
and this morning...tylenol and coffee (bad bad bad)

Yes, welcome Lolita!  Grin And thanks Tammy! It's just the water weight coming back off though. Hopefully I can stay true through the weekend. It's a bit tougher for me since I usually go out at least once. Some days are diamonds, some days are stone! Like John Denver sang... oh, and I love that saying! I use it often!  Kiss
