Hi everybody!
SATURDAY:
B- 5:20am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend)
6:35am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + apple + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 8:00am fruit shake (banana and cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + vitamin
10:15am Dannon L&F + Galleta Maria
L-11:30pm scramble eggs + veggies
S- 3:00pm OIKOS Greek nonfat yogurt + Galleta Fibra & Miel
4:00pm coffee
6:00pm hand full of almonds + bar
D- 7:45pm 3 gallitos de pollo (dark meat chicken w/3 tortillas)
S- 9:30pm 2 small oranges
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H synchro swimming and 1H gymnastics. I danced 1H with my iPod on the dark (with candles), no power. Total of 9946 steps
P.S. Feliz Cinco de Mayo!! (Over here they don’t celebrate this holiday)

SUNDAY:

 S- 8:00am fruit shake (banana and cranberry) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + vitamin + Hair Balance by Journey
Brunch-11:30pm scramble eggs w/onions + turkey bacon + avocado + 2 tortillas
S- 3:00pm OIKOS Greek nonfat yogurt + Galleta Fibra & Miel
4:00pm coffee
5:40pm soda crackers whole wheat w/ cheese
D- 6:40pm tilapia + 3 gallitos Flor de Itavo + tomato
S- 9:00pm small glass of skim milk
later on 18 almonds + hand full of peanuts

Liquids: check
Activity: 1H walk. Total of 10899 steps (plus)

Saturday I had naked chicken tenders and a celery/carrot basket with fat free ranch at Buffalo Wild Wings - medium sauce with the wings and protein in my coffee and later I had Arctic zero and more protein and some sugar free blue bunny treats and some peanut butter with sugar free syrup on a low carb crisped tortilla.


Sunday, I had protein oat bran, roast sliced chicken, baby swiss, lettuce and tomato with miracle whip light on whole grain 90 calorie flat bun, freaky chocolate cheesecake with whipped cream, strawberries, and soup with high fiber crackers - called half calorie crackers i got at netrtion, and some sugar free ice cream.

I didn't know that the yucca had a flower that you could eat!  Adoro la yucca, con mojo de ajo!  Yum!  Gosh, the things we don't get over here at the markets.
