Keilah - that was my week last week - and today, I'm down 3 pounds! You just have to get back on the horse and get your mind set again. It's hard work!!
B: Click Frappe S: Nada L: Poached shrimp salad (made by me with some delicious homegrown butter lettuce and spinach I got at the farmers market on Saturday - I foresee salads in my future this week!) S: Nada D: Yep, probably another salad - I have some lovely pulled pork in the fridge
Vits, water, exercise - yes to all today!

Hey Cyndy! Congrats again on your teacher certification - so proud of you! It's from Guy Fieri, and I will never cook shrimp any other way ever again - so tender and delish! The link is below, but since I didn't really care for (or have) some of these ingredients, I made up my own. I used a sliced lemon, ground black pepper, quite a bit of Old Bay, and 3-4 smashed garlic cloves in mine. You can mix and match flavors - it's the cooking technique that makes these work. I am in heaven! http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/guy-fieri/salad-of-the-goddesses-with-poached-shrimp-recipe/index.html

I just looked at the shrimp recipe and YUM!!!! Monday was an eating fiasco for me, so no oat bran breakfasts for awhile, even with protein - I will do like Diane and have it at night from now on. Less chance of making me bingey that way - not that I'm sure that's what it was... sigh... Yesterday was better and today (Wednesday) I'm trying to stay on target as well as tomorrow when we have a business lunch out - I'm going for salad and meat. Probably grilled chicken - gonna check the menu today.
