Brandi! I had forgotten about skin tags! Mine are gone, too, and I didn't even notice until I read that! Who knew??? For me - less sinus infections - such a wonderful side effect. Feel better all around, but the combination of good eating and vitamins has really made a difference in cold & flu season for me. And yes - my acne is much better too, be it bum, face, whatever.  |

I will also go with the water, incredible about the skin and also helps for the bowl movement. I love looking at my unswollen feet and see my skinny toes.
I get drunk only with a zip, not have drink. With a shut of “anything” it gets ugly! Haha
I still have acne while PMS… no changes in this area! =/

Don't know why but they do for alot of us. I use to have a ton of them and even when I got them removed they came back. Now I have one on my neck and it's tiny.
Something else that changed for my husband was the darker skin on the back of his neck. We always thought this was due to his job ( jet mechanic). Nope turns out this is a sign of high sugar. Once he had WLS it went away in a couple of months

My allergies are much less severe than prior and I've had less bad allergic type reactions to medication.  And yes, shaving is SO much easier!  |

I can get off my allergy meds for most months during the year (basically all but a few months in Spring when the pollen count is high).

What is a skin tag? Skin tags are common, acquired, benign skin growths that look like a small piece of soft, hanging skin. Skin tags are harmless growths. Some individuals may be more prone to tags (greater than 50-100 tags) either through increased weight, in part combined with heredity, or other unknown causes. Males and females are equally prone to developing skin tags. Obesity and being moderately overweight (even temporary increases in weight) dramatically increase the chances of having skin tags. Women of normal weight with larger breasts are also more prone to developing skin tags under their breasts. Some small tags spontaneously rub or fall off painlessly and the person may not even know they had a skin tag. Most tags do not fall off on their own and persist once formed.
