Hey! T2!

I have recently revisited our protein goo and here is what has happened.  I have replaced the TBSP of coconut flour with powdered coconut milk.  I still use the SF torani.  I mix just a bit of coconut oil with the Torani and the coconut milk powder and set aside for a bit.  I then add 1 scoop click and 1/2 scoop of other protein powder and mix until smooth.  I use this as icing on protein cakes or a dip for strawberries, oh my!  I added 1 TBSP of butter today for a real "buttercream" texture and taste it was fabulous!

Mmmmmm.... I think I may have to try this, but I don't have the coconut milk powder. Where did you find yours Cyndy? Was it online or local? I do still have coconut flour though...

I found it on-line at Amazon (I think).  The coconut milk powder holds this together more like icing vs. the coconut flour.  With that said, the coconut flour is still a good way to make this goo!  Kidlet loves it too!

Thanks for the update, Cyn! I don't use coconut oil in mine either, but may try it next time. Love my Goo!!
