I put it too much liquid and ended up having a low blood sugar reaction

I thnk Subway has a chicken chopped salad
PM snack hoping to skip it since the AM was food heavy
Dinner walking down to the fair with some friends so ideally some meatballs
no MYA Walking means scooting for those who don't know me

Liquids 30 oz so far there's a large ice tea in my future!
