Overdid it at PT last night so I'm so which means I'm the Protein Monster
I want Protein and I want it now!
so be prepared for a fair bit of food.
Breakfast
coffee proshake
with sf Nesquick
I put it too much liquid  and ended up having a low blood sugar reaction

am snack part 1
5 oz Ff greek yogurt 1/2 cup BLueberries 2 T flax
am snack part 2
Crack stirfry
Lunch
I thnk Subway has a chicken chopped salad
PM snack hoping to skip it since the AM was food heavy

Dinner walking down to the fair with some friends so ideally some meatballs
no MYA Walking means scooting for those who don't know me Smiley
Liquids 30 oz so far there's a large ice tea in my future!

My eats:

Post-Work out: FRS Lo-Cal
B: Cake Batter Protein Shake
S: Carb Master Banana Cream Pie Yogurt
L: 1 slices Ezekiel Toast with lettuce/tomato/provolone/turkey
S: Shake or goo and berries
D: Shake?

Exercise: Yep; Water: 100 oz+; Vites: Still waiting on them!

B: Protein Shake
S: ?
L: Boiled egg
S: Organic apple sauce (if hungry)
D: FF Cream Cheese w/ pineapple

Water: Hoping for at least 40-50oz, Vits - Yes, MYA: Swimming 30 mins (done this morning)

Hi Deb! Hi everybody! TGIF!
FRIDAY:
B- 4:30am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend)
5:45am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 7:30am fruit shake (banana) w/ Silk almond milk + light cranberry juice + plain yogurt + ½ scoop TwinLab protein + vanilla pudding mix + vitamin
9:30am 2 tortillas + 2 eggs
11:15am Galleta Fibra & Miel
L- 1:00pm ground meat w/ homemade tomato sauce + veggies + cheese for topping
S-3:00pm coffee + Galleta Fibra & Miel
5:50pm soda crackers whole wheat w/ cheese
6:30pm handful of almonds + bar
7:00pm Limoncello (to loosen up a little of the bad/sad news of the day)
D- 7:30pm tenderloin w/ sauce + veggies
 S- 8:30pm more Limoncello (and end it up drunk… and sleep)
Vitamin: check
 Liquids: check
 
Activity: Rest Day!!! Total of 3747 steps
P.S. Today was my appointment with Plastic Cx, I was denied to the surgeries because “I’m doing so well”! Really? Yes, I’m happy that my skin did shrink well, but it would have being nice for them to finish the job. Makes me feel sad!!
