CYNDY!! I cannot believe you got a VitaMix! Jealous, jealous, jealous!! I want one so bad, but it was either that or a Kitchenaid - you know what I picked!

Chelle - I was so ready for soft food, too, but go really easy. Take one bite, wait a bit, take another bite - treat each stage up very gently! (Spoken from experience!)

Tammy - Look at refurbished machines.  They are less $$$ and they have the same five year warranty.  This is not what I got, but it is an option!

Ok I will go slow! Thanks for the advice Smiley

So what I posted early in the morning is not what happened yesterday. THIS is what I ate:

B: Beans / cheese / salsa and sour cream from the inside of a burrito. (went to a mexican resteraunt with co-workers)
S: None
L: Inside of a medium sized baked potato with margarine, salt and pepper (ok I know I should have skipped the margarine, but it was only about a 1 tsp).
S: None
D: None - I just wanted liquids for dinner; had some decaf iced tea

Water: About 40oz, MYA: None today (but worked 10hrs), Vits: Yes
