Hi everybody! Good Morning!
SATURDAY:
Remember how important is to our journey to incorporate any kind of exercise. We must move our bodies!
We will like to hear/read what you are doing today to MYA!!

Today 1H synchro swimming and 1H gymnastics.

Yesterday was my appointment with Plastic Cx, I was denied to the surgeries because “I’m doing so well”! Really? Yes, I’m happy that my skin did shrink well, but it would have being nice for them to finish the job. Makes me feel sad!!

I will ignore doubters, haters and unhealthy examples.
I will beat my personal best.

Sorry about the plastics, Dina. 

I ran 4.5 today.  I quit sooner than I wanted,  but I had a bad chest pain.  As I have bradycardia (slow heart beat), I wanted to make sure that I was not over stressing my slow little heart.

Another beautiful day for a bike ride!
 Today: 40 miles, 3 hrs 20 min, 12 mph avg spd, 1702 calories burned!
 This week: 141.64 miles, 11 hrs 30 min, 12.57 mph avg spd, 6143 calories burned!

Diana - Sorry to hear you were denied - even if they think it's because you are doing so well! I agree - the weight loss is only part of the process and repairing the effects on the body should be part of it all. 

The exercise continues...45 mins recumbent bike.
