I hope all of you have a great weekend off to do whatever you love most. Mine will be spent with family! It's already started off great - our boss is letting us shut down at 2pm today! WOOHOO!!

Cyn - I made up a big jug of your "water retention solution" last night and will be drinking it for the next 7 days starting tomorrow. I found the dandelion tea and the 100% pure cranberry juice in the organic section of my Kroger. I hope this works, but it tastes gross! Can I add Splenda? LOL!

B: Guts of a Sausage Egg McMuffin
S: Nada
L: We're having a deli potluck at work today, so I'm doing some roll-ups with some baked beans
S: Nada
D: Went to the grocery store last night, but I'm still pondering dinner options. Going to the Farmer's Market tomorrow morning, so freshness is in my future!

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all - the pool at my apt complex opens this weekend! YAY!

Happy weekend everyone!  Cool I'm still having difficulties, but trying to limit the damage.  Undecided I plan to eat a bit of what I want over the weekend, hopefully without going woefully overboard and then get my nose back to the grindstone until time for my family reunion - June 23, where I do plan to sample a bit of most everything. Love you all!  Kiss

FRIDAY:
B- 5:20am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
6:50am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 10:30am banana + melon + Activia light
L- 12:45am surime w/ 3 sesame sticks + chicken pattie w/ veggies
S- 2:35pm 2 pack Galleta Fibra & Miel (no, no, no…)
3:00pm coffee + bar (-> also NO! aahhh…)
5:10pm 2 tortillas w/cheese
 D- 7:10pm fish + tomato + avocado
 S- 9:10pm small glass of skim milk
 Vitamin: check
 Liquids: check
 Activity: 1H taibo-aerobics on TV.  Total of 8412 steps

No Splenda, my friend!  You will get used to the taste!  It does work.  Get ready to be in that special little room in your house more than usual!
