Hi everybody!
MONDAY:
B- 5:35am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
6:15am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S-9:30am melon + Dannon L&F + Galleta Fibra & Miel + barra
L- 12:00pm salad (tomato, cucumber, chickpeas, carrots, mushrooms)
1:00pm RTD Pure Protein shake Frosty Cocolate
S- 3:20pm coffee
5:00pm 4 tortillas w/cheese
D- 6:30pm tenderloin + salad (tomato, cucumber, chickpeas, carrots, green/red pepper, onion, cilantro)
S- 8:30pm small glass of skim milk + 2 sesame sticks
8:30-9:00pm will be some dairy item (skim milk, cheese or yogurt)
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H swim. Total of 8378 steps
P.S. Today I had my appointment with my surgeon, waited more than 3 hours at the hospital to be in his office less than 3 minutes!! This appointment was just a waste of time!!

Protein drink made with apple juice (unsweetened), banana, blackberries and when powder.

Projoe chai latte (Oh how I love those things)

Cheese slice and some parmasean crisps as a snall.

Grilled chicken breast

I rode my bike for 1 hour today
