What did you tell the Bariatric Advantage Rep about mixing two products into Greek Yogurt?  To which two products were you referring?  It sounded like a great idea for a snack option!

I just watched it this morning - it was the vegetable soup and the chicken soup flavored protein powders.

Thanks! Y'all!

Dr. Adventure, I do that also, but I am looking for a savory dip that the kidlet will like as well.  She already loves to eat raw veggies, I am tying to capitalize on that for her!

You can also just mix spices, chicken broth, etc. (I also do this with cottage cheese).

I had been thinking this too.  I thought about veggie bullion and other spices in Greek Yogurt for dip.  Hmm...

Cyndy - Eggface has several savory Greek yogurt dip options - check her out for sure. She uses the Greek seasoning most often (it's a fave of hers), but she does many others. I really enjoy using taco seasoning in mine. Delish!

Great minds think alike!  I was just looking at my homemade taco seasoning and wondering how that would be in a greek dip for veggies!
