Hey! Y'all!

Working on my portfolio over the next few days.  Kidlet's school will be interviewing for a Third Grade and Fourth Grade teaching position in the next week or so.  I am going in with my guns blazing.  I really want to work at Kidlet's school!  Anywho, me eats for the day:

PW: Chia/Coconut Water Energy Drink
B: Click Frappe (just a tad of Xanthan Gum added makes a huge difference!)
S: FRS
L: Meatza and Salad
S: Spark
D: Cake Batter Shake
S: Maybe?  Yogurt in necessary!

Note:  Kierie!  Thanks for mentioning the Almond Coconut Milk it is FANTASTIC!  Have a wonderful and productive day!

B: 1 egg, 2 slice bacon, on a Mini Arnold's Sandwich Thin
S: Nada - drinking water retention liquid
L: Pulled pork salad
S: Nada SF Jello Dulce de Leche pudding cup
D: Going out with a friend - it's Italian! Gotta find something I can eat - I have a difficult time with Italian!

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all today!

Well, mother nature decided to grace me for the second time this year.  Undecided Not sure how I feel about being of " a certain age ".

V-8 with extra fiber 1 cup at home

2 eggs, 1 sausage patty at work

Chicken breast tenders with soul seasoning chopped into bite sized pieces
Miracle noodle rigatoni with Ragu light and capers

Protein shake sample - SunWarrior Warrior Blend Raw Protein Chocolate - has coconut oil in it and looks good nutritionally


Dinner TBD - maybe chocolate!  Wink Could make a MIAM...

30 gr Supreme Protein
SF popsicles
SF Reese's miniatures - a little over on calories but not too bad


Vitamins:yes Fluids: yes Exercise:walk

170 this a.m. but haven't gotten the dandelion yet... too much going on at once.

WEDNESDAY:
B- 4:50am coffee w/skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
5:50am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S-9:25am ½ cup plain yogurt w/ 2tsp Smuckers SF + Galleta Fibra y Miel
L- 1:00pm tenderloin + Flor de Itavo w/ potatoes + salad (cucumber, chickpeas, carrots, mushrooms, sweet pepper, onion)
 S- 3:00pm coffee + Galleta Fibra y Miel
 5:00pm Melba toast w/Smuckers SF + cheese
 D- 7:30pm tenderloin + picadillo de ayote tierno (kind of squash) and corn
 S- 8:45pm “Hershey’s” special dark sugar free + bar
 9:20pm small glass of skim milk
 Vitamin: check
 Liquids: check
 Activity: 1H swim. Total of 3926 steps

Well Cyn, it's kind of a weird texture - but the taste is not bad, but not super chocolately - a tiny aftertaste... sweetened with stevia and I mixed mine with water - I don't dislike it but the mouthfeel is - full bodied - not exactly gritty... I got it in samples from netrition.com. They offer some freebies when you order like bodybuilding samples - some I can use, some I can't... and shake cups!  Cheesy I'd buy it but the Rice one is better tasting but I mixed it with sf almond milk.  

It is made with pea, cranberry and hemp protein...

84 calories, total carbs 4.2 g protein 15 g, fat 1.4 g fiber 1.4 g sugars 1.4 g
