Chicken breast tenders with soul seasoning chopped into bite sized pieces
Miracle noodle rigatoni with Ragu light and capers
Protein shake sample - SunWarrior Warrior Blend Raw Protein Chocolate - has coconut oil in it and looks good nutritionally
Dinner TBD - maybe chocolate!
Could make a MIAM... 30 gr Supreme Protein
SF Reese's miniatures - a little over on calories but not too bad
Vitamins:yes Fluids: yes Exercise:walk
